Vission

OCHAA envisions to provide educational and social development services through a strategic planning towards a developed and peaceful Afghanistan where the Afghan nations are excluded or don’t have access to educational rights, human rights, and affected from natural hazards and disasters.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGY

Afghanistan is a war-torn country approximately for four decades and people affected or displaced by the several war and natural hazards and disasters that limited peoples’ access to social and educational development. A massive number of refugees returned to Afghanistan who suffer from not having shelters, access to educational and social services in the remote areas whether caused by security challenges, inappropriate cultures or ignored by the government of Afghanistan. OCHAA has been working on long-term strategic planning since its establishment to provide a wide range of both educational and social development to all nations in multiple areas of the country affected by the aforementioned challenges. To develop or build capacities of public in effective and positive manner in affected communities in country level, therefore OCHAA developed its vision that to work in the areas of agricultural development awareness, emergency responses, drought response, health awareness, legal awareness, WASH, literacy, child protection, human rights and gender balance campaign.

Management Direction:

As OCHAA is committed to rules and regulations set by Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan (MoE, therefore, the management system has been established to apply and response the below points.

General Assembly

General Assembly is structured of the most reliable and high decision makers at the top management level of the organization. The assembly is consisting of the board of directors, executive (key staff) of the organization and other related sectors and MoE representative as a monitor. OCHAA arranges a general assembly every three years to bring positive and effective changes within the top management.

Board of Directors

The board of directors consists of (5) members and are elected by the general assembly of the organization. One member of the board of directors is a member of key authority of the organization.

Executive (Key Staff)

The executive board of the organization consists of director, the deputy, and the heads of the departments. The director vice president and the financial and administrative manager of the organization cannot be members of one family.
